
Fat Robber "Fat Loss Protocol"
If you’re skinny fat, or in a fat loss or cutting phase (see below) of your fitness journey, this protocol is for you. It guarantees results if followed. This is the same approach I used and recommend to my clients.
Four Phases of a Fitness Journey:
· Fat/Weight Loss: Aim for a calorie deficit.
· Muscle Building: Focus on a calorie surplus once lean.
· Cutting Phase: Reduce slight body fat with a calorie deficit.
· Maintenance: Maintain your current physique with maintenance calories.
