4 phases of fitness journey:
Phase 1: the fat loss/weight loss stage (Calorie deficit)
Phase 2: Muscle building phase: Already lean with body fat level you’re happy with. (Calorie surplus)
Phase 3: Comfortable with muscle you have but have slight body fat you want to get rid off (Calorie Deficit)
Phase 4: Maintenance mode: Happy with your current body and want to just maintain what you got. (Maintenance calories)
